US SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Free Shipping
Feelthepiece.com offers free shipping on all regular price orders over $100 within the Contiguous United States. We do offer overnight and 2 and 3 day shipping at an extra cost. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends. If you purchase an order and the shipping falls over the weekend, please remember to account for this. International Shipping is on country to country basis with shipping via USPS International Priority. Your package should arrive within 6-10 days from date of shipment. International customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once package has been accepted by USPS.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines

For insurance purposes the majority of packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

Before signing/receiving the package:

  • Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
  • Check for damaged packaging
  • When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded, the shipping company will not honor insurance claims and unfortunately Feelthepiece.com will not be able to honor our Returns Policy.
  • Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages, they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Returns Policy.

Order Turnaround Time
It is important to Feelthepiece.com that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. In some instances, when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via e-mail of the options available to you prior to shipment of your order. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that Feelthepiece.com reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Keeping Track of Your Order
Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Feel The Piece is committed to providing the best possible service. If you have any questions, please contact us at Hello@feelthepiece.com

Returns
Feelthepiece.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Hello@feelthepiece.com, to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel. The returned parcel must be received in our warehouse, no later than 14 days from the date the RMA number was sent to you. Once this date has passed, we will cancel the RMA and permanently close the order.

Please note returns will not be accepted at any Feel the Piece store locations or retail partners and must be shipped back to the designated return address. Sales items may be exchanged only. Items that are reduced 50% or greater than original price, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


You will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense and will be credited, less any freight charges paid by Feelthepiece.com if the original shipment was shipped free of charge. Feelthepiece.com is not responsible for items that may have become damaged, lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery for all full price returns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Feelthepiece.com ships all International orders through USPS. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. Sales items may be exchanged only. Items that are reduced 50% or greater than original price, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Surcharges
When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs which will vary depending on location of final destination. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International customers must adhere to requesting an RMA # as directed in paragraph 1 of 'Returns'. International customers are responsible for any and all return fees and must provide their own packaging and shipment. International customers are responsible for any and all fees associated with their return shipment.

Sale Products:

Sale or discounted products fall within the same guidelines as full priced merchandise but must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE

Items found within the "Final Sale Category" or marked Final Sale within the description are ineligible for exchanges or return.

Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:

  • Must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Product must be intact and undamaged.

Price Adjustment

Feelthepiece.com gladly honors a one-time price adjustment for store credit on full-price merchandise only. Price adjustments must be requested within seven days of the purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages.

Please follow the return guidelines below to notify us of your damaged items.

Damaged Goods Return Guidelines
The return guidelines must be carefully followed in order to ensure there are no issues when returning your product.

The Customer Returns Specialist will record your information and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is our tracking number for your return and must be referenced in all communications. Follow the directions given by the Customer Returns Specialist to return your order.

Please note returns will not be accepted at any Feel the Piece store locations and must be shipped back to the designated return address. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of Feelthepiece.com receiving them.

Cancelling Your Order
Once an order is placed, you may cancel it free of any penalty provided the order has not been processed for shipping. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communication with us. In the rare cases that we cannot prevent the shipment from taking place, please see our Returns Policy.
